What we collect

When you book a repair or send us a message we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, service address and ZIP code, the appliance, and anything you tell us about the problem. Our server also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time of request).

How we use it

Only to provide the service you asked for: to schedule and carry out the repair, to call or text you about that appointment, to prepare your invoice and warranty record, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Calls and text messages

We call the number you give us to confirm the booking. If you tick the text-updates box, we also send text messages about that booking (confirmation, technician on the way, completion). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts; reply HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of service.

Who sees it

Our office staff and the technician assigned to your job. We use service providers for hosting and, where enabled, for sending e-mail and text messages; they process your information only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and invoice records for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time, except where we are required to keep it.

Cookies

The site uses a session cookie that is required for the booking and tracking forms to work, and it remembers your contact details in your own browser so the form is quicker next time. If analytics is enabled, it is used only to count visits.
