Booking

A booking made on this site is a request for a visit. It is confirmed when we call you. Arrival windows are estimates; we will call if the technician is running late.

Service call

Every visit carries a flat service call fee of $89, which covers travel and diagnosis. It is due at the visit whether or not you go ahead with a repair.

Quotes and repairs

After diagnosis the technician gives you a quote for parts and labor. No repair work starts without your approval. If additional faults are found during the repair, we stop and quote again before continuing.

Payment

Payment for a repair is due when the work is completed. We accept card, cash and check.

Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge online or by phone at any time before the technician is on the way.

Warranty

90-day warranty on parts and labor, covering the specific repair performed and the parts we installed. It does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, power surges, or damage caused by others.

Liability

We are responsible for the work we perform. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as spoiled food or lost time.
