Cause: The boiler overheated: low water flow, air in the system or a failed pump.
What to do: Check the pressure and bleed the radiators. If it returns, call a technician.
Cause: Gas pressure is weak or the ionization electrode is dirty.
What to do: Reset it. If it continues, the electrode needs cleaning.
Cause: The control sees a flame when the burner is off.
What to do: A technician must check the electrodes and control board.
Cause: A flame is still detected after the gas valve closed.
